Charles and Marcia C. of Alton, Illinois were troubled by their wet basement. Water seepage had caused mold and odor. To keep their basement dry, system design specialist Adam R. designed a solution.
TripleSafe was installed by foreman Juan H. and his team. TripleSafe is a sump pump system equipped with a main pump, backup pump and battery-powered pump. TripleSafe keeps Charles and Marcia's basement dry all the time.
Charles and Marcia C. of Alton, Illinois were distraught by their wet, musty basement. The water leaking into their basement caused mold. Adam R., system design specialist designed a solution to keep the basement dry and the mold away.
Foreman Juan H. installed the CleanSpace wall system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that prevents water from escaping into the basement. Because it is inorganic, CleanSpace does not support mold growth. Charles and Marcia's basement is now dry and mold-free.
The crawl space of Peter B.’s Alton, IL home was very wet. The plastic liner that he had along the floors was flimsy and did little to keep moisture out. He couldn’t use the space for storage without worries of water damage so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended encapsulating the crawl space.
Woods secured CleanSpace over the foundation walls and dirt floors of the crawl space. CleanSpace is a very thick and durable plastic moisture barrier that prevents water from entering the space through the walls and floors, instead directing it down to the perimeter drainage system. It’s mold resistant and its bright white color helps to maximize the available light within the crawl space.
Peter B. of Alton, IL thought he’d taken care of the water problem in his crawl space. He’d had a sump pump installed but was still getting leaks. The sump pump was filled with mud and no longer working so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods found the best solution would be an encapsulation system including a new pump.
Woods replaced the old pump with the SmartSump. The SmartSump collects intruding water from the drainage system and ejects it safely away from the crawl space through its discharge lines. It contains a powerful cast-iron pump within its sump liner. The sump liner features an airtight lid that is designed to work perfectly with the rest of the encapsulation system and has the WaterWatch alarm system built in to warm homeowners of potential plumbing leaks.
Donna A. of Alton, Illinois discovered that water was seeping up from the flooring in her home's basement. She did not want to have to worry about cleaning up a mess after every heavy rain shower, so she called Woods Basement Systems for help.
Design specialist Nolan M. assessed the situation and decided that the best option would be to install a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Mason S. then traveled to the home to get the project started. The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After it was installed, it was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement floor. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
Donna A. no longer has to worry about her basement flooding every time it storms. She now has a dry and waterproof home.
