The TwinPack sump pump system includes two pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. The WaterGuard drainage system was also installed to guide water to the pump.

Foreman Juan H. installed the CleanSpace wall system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that prevents water from escaping into the basement. Because it is inorganic, CleanSpace does not support mold growth. Charles and Marcia's basement is now dry and mold-free.
