A sidewalk was sinking in Bourbon, MO, causing the slabs to become uneven and crack. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. The steel wall anchors, pictured above, extend from the inside walls of the basement to the hard packed soil outside. The wall anchors stabilize and prevent any further movement of the walls. 

Marvin S. no longer has to worry about his home's walls cracking and bowing. He now has stable and safe basement walls.

United Methodist Church in Leslie, MO called Woods Basement Systems looking to remove water from their church's basement. System Design Specialist Pete L. inspected the area and recommended the ideal sump system to get the job done.
