Sabrina and Darren W. needed new sump pump and waterproofing system, so they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Pete L. recommended installing a Twin Pack pump and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that work to keep your home dry and protect against flooding and leaks. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it is used to collect water that seeps through the basement walls. It will take that collected water and guide it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Now Sabrina and Darren W. have a safe, dry basement.
Rob D was concerned about his basement foundation. Cracks were starting to show, and some parts of it were leaking water. To solve this issue, Woods first installed the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch the water that comes down the walls and drain it toward the sump system. Next, a CleanSpace Wall System was applied on the walls to stop water vapor from permeating them, and to drain the wall leaks down to WaterGuard. Lastly, the PowerBrace System was installed to permanently support the foundation walls. This will straighten the walls back to their original position, and close up the cracks. Rob can now have peace of mind knowing his basement will stay dry and stable!
Support posts were leaning in a basement in Warrenton, MO, causing the floor beams to shift. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the basement and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This basement will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
A concrete driveway in Warrenton, Missouri, had some cracking and displacement that needed resolved. To fix this issue, Woods came in and installed the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a durable foam that is injected directly underneath the concrete slab. As it cures, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. Thanks to this install, this driveway will remain level for many years to come.
The slabs of a concrete driveway were sinking in Warrenton, MO, causing them to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete.  After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the driveway for years to come!
