This Bowling Green, Missouri home was showing two common symptoms of a basement problem: water on the basement floor and damage to an interior finished wall that was causing a door to stick. The water was coming in through the foundation wall cracks and along the basement floor wall seam.  A bowing wall had pushed the interior wall enough to cause the door jam to shift and the door would not shut properly.  We installed our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system along with Geo-Lock™ wall anchors to fix the damaged foundation wall and prevent future water intrusion.

Lori K. of Bowling Green, Missouri had a leak in her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. System design specialist, Pete L. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump, CleanSpace and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that work to protect your home from leaks and floods. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the wall and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below CleanSpace in the perimeter of the floor and it takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Lori K. has a dry basement. 

Before, this crawl space had no means of protection against water leaks. No tarp. Nothing. Along with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, Team Woods installed an UltraSump sump pump to pump out all water that leaks into the crawl space. This dependable pump will keep the crawl space safe and dry for many years to come.
