Karrie E., Washington, Missouri resident, was distraught by the mold in her wet, musty basement. System design specialist Chris T. designed a solution to keep her basement dry and the mold at bay.

Foreman Greg H. installed CleanSpace in addition to WaterGuard and TripleSafe. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that will guide water to the WaterGuard and keep the humidity low in the basement. With the water out and the humidty low, Karrie no longer has to worry about a moldy basement.

Karrie E. of Washington, Missouri was troubled by her wet, moldy basement. Water had leaked into her basement and the relative humidity was high, causing mold.

Foreman Greg H. installed the SaniDry system as part of the solution designed by system design specialist Chris T. SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidfier that will keep the humidity low and the mold away without spiking Karrie's energy costs.

In addition to WaterGuard, the TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to keep the water out of the basement. TripleSafe includes a main pump, backup pump and a battery-powered pump to ensure Karrie's basement will stay dry.

Tyler R was concerned about the bowing walls and sinking floors in his basement. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Kevin E was able to come up with a solution to the problem. 

Foreman Jose L installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Tyler’s Basement. The Wall Anchor has one end that attaches to a stable portion of soil away from the house, and the other end will attach to the basement walls and straighten them over time.

Orvan H. of Washington, Missouri noticed that water was entering his home's basement even though he already had a working sump pump. He did not want to have to keep dealing with a mess, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Michael T. assessed the problem and decided the best solution was to install a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Mason S. then headed to the home to get the job started. 

The Waterguard drainage system was installed above the footing of the basement. After installation is complete, the Waterguard is covered with concrete. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then sends the water to the sump pump.

Orvan H. no longer has to worry about water leaking into his home's basement. He now has a dry and waterproof basement.
