Water leaked into the basement of Sydney O. every time it rained. It was causing damage to her belongings and fostering mold growth so she called Woods Basement system for a free assessment. Woods found the best solution would be a basement waterproofing system.

IceGuards were installed on the exterior of the home and connected to the discharge lines as part of the waterproofing system. As can be seen in the picture, the IceGuards had slotted openings which are designed to allow water to escape into the yard if the discharge lines become frozen during the winter months and prevent it from coming back into the basement.

WaterGuard was installed as part of the waterproofing system. As can be seen in the picture, the WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. Because it sits on top of the concrete footing of the home, it will remain mud free as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it away to the sump pump for removal.

Foreman Jeremy R installed the GeoLock wall anchor that you see above. The anchor attaches to an area away from the house and also to the basement walls, and will pull the walls back to where they are supposed to be.
