Judith Ann D was concerned about the cracking concrete in front of her home. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Nolan M was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman William T used PolyLevel to even out the concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will raise the level that is sinking, and fill in the cracks. The injection leaves behind a dime sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.
A member of Esic Baptist Church in Edwardsville, Illinois contacted Woods Basement Systems due to the sidewalk at the church cracking and sinking. Specialist Dave T. evaluated the sidewalk and determined that PolyLevel and NexusPro would be the best solution.
Foreman Juan and his crew leveled the concrete of the sidewalk and filled the cracks with NexusPro. PolyLevel is lightweight and durable and sets in 15 seconds, so the sidewalk can be used within 15 minutes. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks and resists UV rays, so it won't crack and bubble, unlike other crack sealants.
The members of the church can now enjoy a safe sidewalk with no trip hazards.
Jean A. of Edwardsville, Illinois noticed that her home's basement was collecting water. She did not want to have to clean up a mess after every heavy rain shower, so she called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.
Design specialist Joshua L. assessed the situation and decided the best solution was to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman William H. then traveled to the home to install the waterproofing products.
The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After installation, it was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water rising from the soil before it reaches the surface of the basement floor. It then drains it to the sump pump.
Jean A. no longer has to worry about water seeping up through her basement floors. She now has a dry and waterproof baesment.

The TripleSafe sump pump, pictured above, is equipped with a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump. The sump pump collects and removes water from the basement through a discharge line. If the primary pump stops working for whatever reason, the secondary pump kicks in and takes over. If the power goes out during a huge storm, the battery powered pump turns on and keeps the basement dry.
Jean A. no longer has to worry about a wet and flooded basement every time it storms. She now has a dry and waterproof home.
William grew concerned about the condition of his basement. He had worked with Woods Basement Systems before with the installation of Geo-Wall anchors to help support the foundation, so he knew exactly who to call!
System design specialist, Donald A. recommended the installation of CleanSpace on all of his basement walls. CleanSpace is used as a barrier from the exterior of the home. This prevents water leakage from the basements previous cracks from entering the basement.
Foreman, Donald A. got right to work by installing the new CleanSpace. Now the walls of the basement are bright, clean, and dry. Now William can enjoy the space in his basement.
