Foreman Joshua B. then traveled to the home to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system, a SmartPipe drainage system, a SmartSump sump pump, and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, was placed over the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It is a durable liner that completely seals the crawl space from the earth and acts as a vapor barrier. 

WaterGuard drains were installed in the footing of the basement walls to keep water out of the house. Water finds its way inside where the walls met the floor, so the placement of the WaterGuard drains will stop the leaks in their tracks and will direct them towards the home's sump pump system.
