Woods Basement Systems, Inc. Before & After Photos

With the help of Woods Basement Systems, this basement is now safe and secure. Team Woods installed Geo-Lock wall anchors along with durable PowerBrace beams into the basement walls to secure to the unstable foundation.

Vicki C. was concerned about water coming in the east side of her basement and having to clean it every time it rains.

In the Before image, green mold is seen on the walls and where the wall and floor meet. In the After photo, no more mold is visible and WaterGuard is seen protecting the floor. Vicki can now relax knowing that water won't leak anymore in her basement!

After several hard drops of rain and half of their basement flooding, this homeowner decided it was time to call Woods Basement Systems. To keep their basement dry all the time, we installed a WaterGuard® sub-floor system, TwinPAK™ Pump System, and an IceGuard® to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. A CleanSpace® Wall System was installed for a clean look while also helping to keep the basement dry all the time.

A basement window was leaking in Freeburg, IL, and the water was pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, a WellDuct Window Well Drain was installed. This will drain water from the window well and into the WaterGuard System, guiding it to the sump system to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Freeburg, IL, creating a damp environment. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and will allow one to easily see inside. This crawlspace will now remain clean and dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!
