Tim F is having some problems with his crawlspace. Water is getting in from the walls, allowing mold to grow. The water is getting under the tarp, instead of going on top of it. To fix this, Deshawn A and his crew installed a CleanSpace Liner, To separate the crawlspace from the earth. This will also prevent water vapor from getting in, keeping the space clean and dry. A Smart Sump was also installed to pump out water that does get into the space. Tim can now rest assured knowing his crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

Christopher M is having some problems with water getting in the crawlspace with no way to get out. Downspout extensions have already been installed, but he is unsure of what steps to take next. 

Michael R and his crew installed a CleanSpace Liner in the crawlspace. This will keep it clean, and seal it off from the outside dirt. A SmartPipe system was also installed to drain out unwanted water away from the space. Lastly, a SmartSump was installed to pump the unwanted water away from the space. Christopher can now have peace of mind now that his crawlspace is clean and dry!

Don can now breathe in fresh dry air now that his crawlspace is dry!

A basement window in O'Fallon, IL was beginning to leak water when it rained, so Woods installed a Well Duct Window Well Drainage System. This will drain the water that leaks from the window, and drain it down to WaterGuard. This perimeter drainage system will lead this water to the sump system to then be pumped out. This basement will remain dry for years to come!

A basement wall in O'Fallon, IL was leaking water, causing mold to grow. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This is an economical way to cover ugly walls, stop water vapor from permeating them, and drain wall leaks down to WaterGuard. This perimeter drainage system will catch these leaks and lead them to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will pump this water out of the house.
