Struggling to maintain a safe and dry crawl space, this homeowner from O'Fallon, Illinois reached out to Woods Basement System to find a solution that would protect his troubled crawl space. Team Woods looked over the area and gave the recommendation of installing a CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal and protect the susceptible crawl space from harm completely. 

Homeowners in O'Fallon, IL had an incapsulated crawlspace, complete with a sump pump system. But the time had come to replace the old sump pump with a new one.

Michael B. was able to enter their crawlspace and remove the old sump pump and replace it with an entirely new one to ensure that the area stays dry and protected for many years to come.

Christopher M is having some problems with water getting in the crawlspace with no way to get out. Downspout extensions have already been installed, but he is unsure of what steps to take next.

A SmartPipe system was also installed to drain out unwanted water away from the space. Lastly, a SmartSump was installed to pump the unwanted water away from the space. Christopher can now have peace of mind now that his crawlspace is clean and dry!
