Concrete in Washington, MO, was sinking and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete driveway. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift and level the concrete slabs. This product is great to use because it hardens within hours. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape! 

A basement in Washington, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and needed a strong system to keep it dry all the time. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system won't clog due to its horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. Next, a sump pump was used to discharge the collected water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape! 

During rainy weather, this Silex, Missouri crawl space was wet and water damaged. With no means of protection against water damage, Team Woods installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system onto the walls and floor to seal the space from water. This album will showcase the condition of the crawl space before and after renovations took place. 

One wall of this Wright City, Missouri earth home tilted in 10 inches, which led to a concerned homeowner contacting Woods Basement Systems to fix the wall.  System Design Specialist Rich Obermeier surveyed the problem and recommended 8 Geo-Lock™ wall anchors to secure the wall and pull it back into place.  The homeowner will not have to worry about any future movement, and the warranty is good for the life of the structure.
