A foundation was failing in Wright City, MO, causing a large crack to appear on the basement floor. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors. This is the least risky solution when the soil conditions are unknown. There is minimal disturbance from installation; installing them is a quick process and will solve the problem once and for all!

To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. Customer, Chris of Union, Missouri, had unleveled pavement in his driveway, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Upon further inspection, systems design specialist, Ryan K., recommended the installation of PolyLevel.
Foreman, Andrew T. worked on the job. Polylevel is a high-density polyurethane formula or foam that works to permanently lift and stabilize concrete slabs. Small, dime-sized hole are drilled into the pavement and then the polymer is injected into the void. The holes are then covered up with cement and can be used within 15, so there's no unnecessary time to wait for it to settle.
Chris D. can now safely use his driveway.
