New Baden, Illinois homeowner David had cracks in his poured concrete foundation walls. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Brenton developed a plan for him. 

Foreman Jeremy and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The Anchors are steel rods that are drilled through the wall and the deep into the soil. They are then anchored with steel plates on both ends. This keeps the rod anchored in the dirt on one end and spreads the pressure across the wall on the other end. This pressure gives the wall the support it needs to straighten out and close any cracks. 

David can now use his basement and trust his entire home is sturdy and safe. 

This New Baden, Illinois home's concrete walkway was cracked and sunken quite badly in several places. Aside from being ugly, the damaged walkway was a safety hazard. In order to lift and repair it, a Woods Basement Systems team injected PolyLevel, an expanding composite foam, underneath the sunken slabs. Because of PolyLevel's quick-drying properties, the walkway was set and safe to walk on in under 30 minutes!

Water was leaking around the perimeter of a basement in New Baden, IL, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now stay dry all the time!

A garage floor was sinking and cracked in New Baden, IL, and needed to be addressed. To solve the unleveled concrete issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by injecting polyurethane foam underneath the concrete, where it will expand and raise the concrete to level it out. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the cracks. This flexible sealant will stand the test of time and against any harsh weather. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their garage floor is in great shape!

CleanSpace was installed. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that keeps water from entering the crawlspace. Because it is inorganic, it does not support mold growth.
