A concrete wall supporting some landscaping alongside a home was starting to bow, threatening to fall entirely if a solution wasn't found. Woods came out and installed the GeoLock System to correct this problem. Steel plates are placed directly on the concrete wall. These plates are connected by metal rods to steel anchors buried some ways away from the home. This system will effectively stabilize the wall and move it back to its original position. It also can be tightened over time, preventing this type of issue in the future. Thanks to Woods, this wall will remain stable for many years to come. 

A concrete sidewalk at a home in Highland, Illinois started cracking and needed fixed. To address this issue, Woods came out and installed the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam-like material that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As this foam sets, the concrete is raised back up to its original placement. Thanks to this install, this sidewalk will remain level for many years to come.

A foundation was in need of some support in Highland, IL, so the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. These can be installed around obstacles on the wall such as pipes, sinks, or furniture. A sidewalk in Highland, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam also hardens to become rock solid within hours. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their sidewalk will remain in great shape!
