Jana V. of Louisiana, Missouri discovered that her home's crawl space was collecting water. She did not want any rotting or mold growth to occur, so she called Woods Basement Systems for help.
Design specialist James F. assessed the situation and decided that a CleanSpace encapsulation system would solve the water leakage. He also decided that insulation of the rim joists would help the homeowner. Foreman Reginald B. headed to the home to get the job started. The crawl space was insulated and sealed with a spray foam. The spray foam, pictured above, was installed in the joists where the wall of the crawl space meets the ceiling of the crawl space.
Jana V. no longer has to worry about a wet crawl space, or any energy inefficiency. She now has an insulated and waterproof crawl space.
Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Louisiana, MO, creating a damp and musty environment. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth and reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. The white color will also brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside it. This crawlspace will now remain clean and dry for years to come!
Water leaks and closets do not usually mix. Moisture wreaks havoc on clothes and valuables, rendering the space useless. This Eolia, Missouri homeowner was facing these exact issues, as water would stream into his basement closet whenever it rained. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team installed a TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is equipped with three separate pumps and is capable of removing over 10,000 gallons of water per hour.

Street creep is when pressure from the roadway pushes the driveway and continues on into the garage slab forcing the rear foundation wall of the garage to push outward.
We installed our Geo-Lock™ wall anchoring system from Foundation Supportworks® to stop this from causing further damages to this Troy, Illinois garage and foundation.
