Water was leaking where the wall and floor meet in a Pinckneyville, IL basement, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now stay dry all the time!

This Greenville, IL resident had a nasty crawl space in need of a makeover.  The crawl space was musty and moldy, causing the entire house to have an odor.  It was extremely dusty and dirty, with lots of unwanted creatures such as insects. Woods Basement Systems installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation system in the crawl space, along with a SuperSump and a SaniDry Model CSB.  The homeowner was very pleased with the work done by Woods and now enjoys a clean and usable crawl space.

Water getting into finished basements can be disastrous which Kurt B. of Greenville, IL learned the hard way. His carpet was stained and ruined and his belongings were being water damaged. He didn't want to go through the clean up again so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system.

As shown in the pictures, part of the waterproofing system installed was the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe contains three powerful pumps, including a battery back up pump, to ensure that, even in particularly bad storms, water will be pumped out and away from the basement and keep it dry.

Lester H. of Greenville, Illinois noticed that a couple walls in his home's basement were starting to bow and crack. He did not want to ignore the problem and allow it to get worse or cause any safety hazards, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Joshua L. assessed the situation and decided that the best solution was to install a few wall anchors. Foreman Jeremy R. headed to the home to get the job started. The wall anchors, pictured above, are made of steel and extend from the inside of the house to the hard packed soil outside. The wall anchors stabilize and prevent the wall from any further movement.

Lester H. no longer has to worry about his home's walls bowing and cracking. He now has stable and safe basement walls.

Beverly S. of Greenville, Illinois needed some preventative waterproofing done, so she called Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Luke B. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Joshua B. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your home protected with its primary pump, secondary pump, and battery-powered backup pump. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it works to collect water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Beverly has a watertight basement.
