A crawlspace in this Greenville home had muddy areas surrounding the area, making it difficult to move around in. Our foreman from Woods installed a CleanSpace™ Encapsulation System to keep mold and mildew from ruining the look of the crawlspace. Now this space is easier to move around and work in.
On this job, our team had to lift and level the customer's walkway using the PolyLEVEL™. After the concrete slabs are leveled and stabilized, they can then finish the job by sealing off any cracks and gaps using the NexusPro™ joint sealant. This will prevent outside debris from getting between the concrete.
Water seeped through cracks and into this Pomona, Illinois crawl space—damaging insulation and the wood. Woods installed a vapor barrier and SaniDry dehumidfier as well as a waterproofing system, designed to keep this crawl space dry year-round.
Debra and Tim G. of Thebes, Illinois were troubled by their wet, musty crawlspace. The water seepage caused mold, an allergen. CleanSpace was installed to keep the water out of the crawlspace. Because it is an inorganic vapor barrier, it does not support mold growth.
The crawl space of Don M.’s Rochester, IL home was damp. He couldn’t use it for storage without fear of water damage so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a crawl space encapsulation system.
As part of that system, Woods secured CleanSpace along the floors and part of the walls in the crawl space. CleanSpace is a thick and durable plastic moisture barrier that prevents ground water from entering the crawl space, making it safe for storage.
