A driveway in Carlyle, IL, was unleveled and littered with large cracks. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call to address this issue. To begin solving these issues, PolyLevel™ was used to level the driveway. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to repair the cracks, as well as seal the seams. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is repaired and in great shape!

In East Prairie, Missouri at Nelson Memorial United Mehtodist Church they were having problems with water entering the basement of the church. They called Woods Basement Systems to solve the problem before it got any worse. Our foreman Chase Kern and his team installed several of our patented items including WaterGuard, IceGuard, TrenchDrains, and TripleSafe. All of these items work togther to keep the basement dry fro years to come, keeping the homeowner or buisness owner worry-free when it rians or storms.

A crawlspace in Witt, IL, was wet and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity out. Next, a Sedona™ dehumidifier was used to lower the humidity. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is in great shape! 

Support blocks were failing in a crawlspace in Tamms, IL, as they were shifting. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. These are steel support systems that can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in a crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers in the crawlspace. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans, and solve the problem once and for all!

This Keyesport, Illinois basement was used for multiple purposes like storage, living space, and a guest bedroom. The homeowner added an extra bedroom in the basement for guest, but they had noticed water damages on the walls.
