Homeowner Ed of Belleview, Missouri wanted to finally clean up his crawl space, so he reached out to Woods Basement Systems. Ed wanted to have a professional look over his crawl space, so Team Woods sent our system design specialist, John S.. John then gave the recommendation of installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier to freshen up and protect the musty crawl space.
The head foreman on the job was Chris S., and he finished the installation project with the help of his crew. The new encapsulation system is made out of inorganic materials, meaning that the system will block out harmful outer elements while also preventing mold growth. Ed can now rest easy knowing that Team Woods installed a vapor barrier that will protect his crawl space for years to come.
The members of a Lindell, Missouri church were distraught when they discovered mold in the basement. The mold was a result of water leaking in where the floor meets the wall. System design specialist Brandon B. designed a solution to keep the basement dry and free of mold.
Foreman Greg H. and his team installed WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system and away from the basement. When the concrete dries, the members of the church will not even know WaterGuard is below the floor. To further reduce mold, the SaniDry dehumidifier was installed.
This church is thrilled to have a safe, dry and comfortable basement. They are relieved to know they will no longer have to worry about water seepage.
A foundation was cracking in Lonedell, MO, and water was leaking out of the cracks and pooling onto the floor. To solve these issues, GeoLock Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation and prevent it from settling any further. The cracks will also be closed so no more water can leak through. This foundation will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
Over the years, this Augusta, Missouri home's outdoor staircase had become cracked and sunken. It was no longer safe to walk on for the homeowner's young children, and she was eager to have it repaired. In order to level the stairs, a Woods Basement Systems team injected PolyLevel expanding foam underneath the sunken steps. In just 15 minutes, the foam was set and the stairs were ready to be walked on!
A driveway was sinking in Augusta, MO, causing large cracks to appear. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the driveway and restore peace of mind for years to come!
