Foreman Jeremy R. and his team installed Geo-Lock wall anchors to brace the compromised wall. Geo-Lock uses a galvanized steel rod and heavy-duty steel plate to reinforce and potentially straighten foundation walls under strain. 

A Thomasboro, Illinois resident was tired of dealing with a wet basement every time it rained.  The basement did not have a proper waterproofing system, so there was nothing to carry the water to the sump pump and out of the home.  The homeowner wanted to use his unfinished basement for storage but could not do so because of the incoming water.

Woods installed WaterGuard and a UltraSump in order to permanently waterproof the basement. The WaterGuard system intercepts water at the perimeter of the basement and drains it safely away. The UltraSump is guaranteed to perform reliably for many years. Both of these products work together to keep the resident’s basement dry all the time.

A concrete driveway was sinking in Rantoul, IL, causing a step to form where it connects to the garage. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. This driveway will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
