A crawlspace in Chrisman, Illinois, had some stability issues. Woods came out and installed the SmartJack System to give the floor joists increased support. This system consists of custom cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building and can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. With these piers installed, the homeowners no longer have to worry about the stability of their crawlspace.

Jose and his team installed PushPiers underneath the footing of the home to lift and stabilize the walls of the foundation, in many cases lifting the home back to its original position. It is installed to the exterior discharge line to provide an escape for water in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged. Juan and his team also extended the discharge line away from her home. 

With these solutions, Rebecca's basement is dry and will stay dry.
