Sales Process
Let's see .... what can I say about Barry Cagle that won't get him fired......... HAHA, just kidding. Barry was great, but his memory may be starting to go, there was a couple of times he forgot to get back with me. But it wasn't for anything super important.
Our Installation Crew
Brad Perry and his crew did a phenomenal job. They were on time and worked hard. Didn't mind me looking over their shoulders to see what they were doing. They did have one obstacle to deal with, and that was our neighbor's baby goat that kept coming over to check out their work and even nibble on a shirt or two. The job was completed when they said it would be and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left.
The Cleanup Process
As good as could be expected. It poured rain in the morning. The poor guys were covered in mud. They tried as best they could not to track anything inside, but that was going to be impossible under those conditions.They had plastic down all through the house where they were needing to get to. They tried. It was just mud. It dries, and cleans right up.
