Made sure I viewed the area before they left and understood when area could have things out back in their place without damaging the work.

You did a sump pump install just earlier this year. My comments are based on the actual people doing the work. Very impressive teams this time as well as with sump. Calvin, Brendyn and Tyler worked their rumps off all day. Solid work ethic.
