Salesperson must have measured wrong because they had to add an anchor
Our Installation Crew
Ran one of the rods through sewer cleanout, that same plate on the inside is at an angle because they put it above the sewer line. Cut two of the holes in the drywall too big so the covers wouldn't fit over the holes. Plate in the bathroom is too close to a stud so the tool to tighten the nut won't fit on it, I will have to cut the stud myself so I can access it. Didn't cut the excess off on of the anchor rods so I will have to figure out how to cut that.
