We hope that the crew gets paid well enough to compensate for the splendid job they did. Crawling around in a crawlspace is a difficult job.
Everyone we have dealt with at Woods Basement Systems has been very friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. The finished crawlspace is exactly what we were hoping for.
We received a professional description of the products used by Woods Basement Systems before we even met with Alex Gross who studied our crawl space and discussed our needs.
Our salesperson, Alex Gross, was very friendly. He literally spent several hours explaining the system to us. However, he was in no way "high pressure". He was able to answer all of our questions.
The crew has just left the finished job. Juan, James, and Joe worked from about 11AM to after 6PM the first day and from before 8AM until about 3PM today. Each of them was courteous and friendly. Juan was very professional. He made certain that we were satisfied with the crew's work before asking for payment.
We were very impressed with the cleanup. The crew was very neat in covering up the trench for the effluent in the yard. They carted away the excess soil, replaced the sod, and even spread some grass seed.

We are interested in using energy efficiently. Reading an article about crawlspace encapsulation, my husband looked into it. He found that Woods was the only company that appeared to do what he wanted to have done.
