Took the time to review my basement situation. Offered me several solutions. Gave me their recommendation, which was not the most expensive. Overall, a way better experience than I was anticipating.
Ken Herrmann was great. He won my business. He was way more knowledgable and professional than the competitors' salesmen.
Had to push me back 1 day off my scheduled day which was a bit of an inconvenience on a Saturday, but the guys did a nice job.
What made you choose our company:
The Woods salesman spent an hour and a half in my home, studying my basement, talking through my concerns with me so that he had a full understanding of what my basement situation was, and more importantly, what I was looking to do to address that problem. He offered me several well thought out options, and then he recommended an option that he thought was best to address my basement issues - and it was not the most expensive option. He was very professional and personable. My experience with Ken Herrmann was far superior to my experience with Woods' competitors, and that is why I went with Woods. And I'm glad I did.
