My specialist Kevin was very thorough and explained everything very well. He even helped find a mold remediation company in the area. Mike and his crew did a wonderful job with the installation. They worked hard and cleaned up very well. The 'Funky mold smell' us now gone and the floors are much warmer. Mike did a great job explaining everything after the installation as well. 

Juan was great to work with! He showed me respect when I asked questions and I greatly appreciated this.
