Originally, I had thought that replacing a block foundation wall was the only way to fix it once it started to move in.  Doing it your way was 1/2 the price of replacing the basement wall.  The plate on the wall do not stick out to far that you could put up a stud wall and drywall and not lose space in the basement.  If I had known about Woods earlier, I would have done that work sooner and stopped worrying about that basement wall.

Workers did a great job, quick and efficient - Don't have the electrical hooked up yet - so can't comment about the waterproofing
