Window Drainage
A flooded window well will allow water to leak into your basement around the frame, run down the wall, and flood your basement floor. This window well drainage system can solve this problem and help keep your basement dry. The water collected by this system goes directly to the sub-floor drains.
Sub-Floor Drains
The sub-floor drains, indicated by the dark gray lines within the floor, collect the water coming from the window water ducts.
Sump Pump
The sump takes all the water that is collected from the sub-floor drains and pumps it up and out of the basement.

This image showcases a window well offered by Woods Basement Systems. Designed to create a clean, bright appearance, these window wells allow more natural light to enter the basement. Made from durable reinforced plastic, they will never rust, rot, or require painting. Optional covers are also available to help keep out water and debris.
