Our team recently completed a basement waterproofing project that involved the installation of a WaterGuard system, TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace wall system, LawnScape outlet, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TrenchDrain. The WaterGuard system collects any water seepage and directs it to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out of the home. The CleanSpace wall system is designed to keep the walls dry while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier dries and filters the air. A LawnScape outlet was installed to direct excess water away from the basement. Finally the TrenchDrain was installed to prevent water from flowing into the basement. These systems work together to transfrom a wet basement into a dry one.

Before the install, this basement had lots of excess water seeping in.

Basement Before Install

Before Woods stepped in, this basement had a different dehumidifier to dry and filter the air. However, a dehumidifier on its own was not going to fix the water seepage. This basement needed more systems in place in order to fix the issue.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to pump access water out of the home. It features a backup battery to protect your home, even in a power outage.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to dry and filter the air. It also features automatic drainage, so you can set it and forget it.

TrenchDrain System

A TrenchDrain system was installed in this basement to prevent water from flowing into the basement. It accepts the water and redirects it to the TripleSafe sump pump.

CleanSpace and WaterGuard System

This basement had the CleanSpace wall system and the WaterGuard system installed. The CleanSpace wall system is designed to keep your walls dry, while the WaterGuard system collects any water seepage and directs it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home.
