Charlotte, a loyal Woods customer from Ballwin, Missouri reached out to us for some warranty work. We had previously waterproofed one wall in her basement and provided a sump pump system. However, new cracks along a different wall in the basement led Charlotte to give us a call to resolve this new leak. We sealed the new crack in the foundation then expanded our sub-floor drainage system to follow the additional wall. We also installed our water barrier liner on the wall of the now sealed crack. The installation of these water proofing products help Charlotte feel assured that her basement will remain dry.
