These stairs suffered from water damage at the the floor and wall joint from consistent leaks during heavy rain. Leading our team to install our drainage system to allow for consistent flow of water out of the basement.
Baseboard Drain System
This home was built with the footing and floor in one piece, making building the drainage system along the walls more difficult, but not with our customized options for repair. At Woods we build each project to fit the home and homeowner, so in this house we installed our baseboard drain system which will catch leaks along the walls then send them to our basement waterproofing system in the center of the room that will lead to the sump pump.
Drain Installation
In this home, building the drainage system along the walls was not possible due to the footing and floor being poured in one piece. So our crew installed our sub-floor drainage system that takes any leaks caught in the baseboard track and leads it to the sump pump.
Sump Pump with Battery Back Up
Our system installed in this home is made to ensure homeowners that their basement will remain dry and water is consistently pushed out if a leak does occur. The battery back up also ensures the pump will continue running in the event of the home losing power.
Clog-Free Discharge Line
The design of our discharge line guard is built to withstand all weather, with no chance of freezing water causing clogging or sump pump back up. Instead the design allows for multiple points of water to flow out of your home.
