Before Installation
This homeowner uses their finished basement often and wanted to keep it protected. Leading them to calling Woods to waterproof the space.
Unobtrusive Drainage System
Our sub-floor drainage system is unobtrusive to the homeowner, being installed into the floor of the basement along the walls, then concrete is put back on top. Allowing for the system to be installed easily in a finished basement.
Sump Pump
Our sump pump system includes three pumps, keeping water flowing consistently in the event of leaks. The battery back up also ensures the pump keeps running, even if the home loses power.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our drainage system is installed at the intersection of the foundation wall and the floor of the basement. The system leads leaks in the foundation directly to the sump pump. This prevents them from reaching actual basement space.
Discharge Line
For a sump pump to be successful you have to ensure that there is no back up into the sump pump. Our discharge line is designed to be clog-free, which prevents back up. Regardless of weather or debris entering the discharge line guard, the water will continue flowing outside of the home.
