Shanda wanted to protect her basement from any future water damage or potential leaks so she called Woods to help her find the solution she was looking for. At Woods we were able to provide Shanda with some of the best waterproofing products and systems to protect her home. We replaced her old sump pump with our own system with battery back up and our sub-floor drainage system. Now Shanda can rest easier knowing her basement is protected from water and leaks, instead the space will remain dry for years to come.

Before Installation

This homeowner often used her basement as a place for storage. This is why she called Woods to waterproof the space to protect her personal belongings.

Old Sump Pump

Before installation we removed this old sump pump to install our own system that is built to last and continuously run water outside of the home.

Sub-Floor Drainage System

Our drainage system installed in the intersection between the foundation wall and floor of the basement. This keeps the system non obtrusive and any water from leaks outside of the basement.

Battery Back Up

Our newly installed sump pump system was also hooked up to a battery back up which will keep the system running through conditions where the power to the home may be lost.
