Before Installation
Leaks came in through the joint between the floor and foundation walls of the home. Luckily this homeowner quickly called Woods before the problem could get worse.
Old Sump Pump
The old sump pump system inside this basement had failed, causing the leaks and eventual water damage in the basement. Without additional precautions being installed to the system it could fail leaving your home unprotected from water or leaks.
Sump Pump and Battery Back Up
We replaced the original sump pump with our updated system with battery back up. Our system includes three pumps, so in the event of failure it will keep pushing water out of the home. In the event of the home losing power, the battery back up will keep the system running and your basement dry.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our drainage system is installed at the joint between the foundation wall and the floor of the basement, catching water and leaks before they reach the basement. The system is going to push water and leaks directly to the sump pump and out of the home.
Dehumidifier Installed
The dehumidifier system will help keep the basement dry, taking up moisture from the room. This also prevents mold growth in your basement in the even water has entered the space.
