Before Installation
Water began leaking through intersection of the floor and foundation wall. Aware of the cost of repairing major water damage to a finished space, Rob called Woods to have the entire basement waterproofed.
Drainage System
Our sub-floor drainage system is designed to be nonobtrusive to the homeowner. It's installed at the base of the basement walls right at the joint between wall and floor. This prevents water from entering the basement through that point, instead it gets directed to the sump pump.
Sump Pump
Our sump pump system is designed with three pumps. This ensures that in the event of one failing the others will keep the pace up to continue moving water out of your basement.
Clog-Free Guard
Our discharge line is designed to be clog-free. This prevents back up of water returning to the sump pump and your basement. The design of the guard allows for water to exit from multiple points, so in the events of freezing weather or debris entering the discharge line, water will keep moving.
Discharge Line
We installed the discharge line to lead far way from the home's foundation. Now if water does enter the sump pump it will be released away from any point of the home. Keeping it consistently dry thanks to Woods.
