Seepage Through the Foudation
This homeowner used their unfinished basement as a living space and storage space. Which led to them quickly calling Woods to help waterproof the basement before the leaks in the foundation got worse.
Water Barrier Liner
Along the walls of the basement we installed our water barrier liner. This would prevent any leaks or seepage from entering the basement through the space of the home's block foundation. The barrier pushes the leaks to the drainage system below the floor then to the sump pump.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our drainage system is installed at the joint of the foundation walls and floor of the basement. This prevents seepage from ever reaching the basement. Instead the pipes underneath the floor collects leaks and push them to the sump pump.
Sump Pump and Battery Back Up
Our sump pump system is designed with three pumps, helping to consistently move water out of your basement. The battery back up also keeps running power to the pump even if the home loses power.
Drainage System
Our drainage system leads any water or leaks from the sump pump to outside of the home. The guard at the start of the line is designed to be clog-free preventing back up into the sump.
