Before Installation
Water had started seeping through this point in the home's foundation and basement walls.
Seepage Through The Foundation
Although this basement had a sump pump, the home owner wanted to ensure that water wouldn't be able to reach the basement after Woods waterproofed the space. We installed the sub-floor drainage system to accomplish this.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our drainage system is built into the floor of the basement right at the joint with the foundation wall. The pipes we install at this point collect seepage and leaks before they can reach the basement's surface. Now the leaks are sent directly to the sump pump.
Original Sump Pump
While this homeowner already had a sump pump in their basement, they wanted to replace it for a newer version that would help continuously pump water away from the home. Our triple pump system assures that will be the case.
Discharge Line
Our discharge line sends any water from the sump pump out of the home. The guard at the top of the line is a clog-free design. With multiple openings in the guard water can release from any of those points, even if the line freezes or clogs from debris. This prevents back up into the sump pump.
