She wanted additional supports added to help the foundation of the home settling because she noticed cracks along the basement walls. She also wanted to have the space fully waterproofed after noticing leaks coming from the joint between the wall and the floor of the basement. Before Installation

This homeowner noticed small cracks along the foundation walls of the home and leaks along the floor. They were able to call Woods to take care of both issues.

Water Barrier Liner

The water barrier liner was installed along the walls of the basement to protect the space from leaks reaching through the foundation walls. Instead water and leaks are directed to the sub-floor drainage system and to the sump pump.

Drainage System

Our drainage system is installed in the floor of the basement and at the base of the wall. This collects water and leaks coming through the joint between the basement wall and floor, and leads them directly to the sump pump.

Sump Pump and Battery Back Up

Our sump pump system is designed with three pumps to keep any water or leaks entering the basement and out of the home. The system was also installed with a battery back up to prevent the system from shutting down even if the home were to lose power.
