Before Installation
This homeowner originally just wanted to have their basement waterproofed. However, our crew recommended and would later install our wall anchor system to help with a wall that had started bowing inward.
Wall Anchor System
Our wall anchor system adds additional support to a failing wall, keeping it straight and protected as soil pushes the wall.
Sump Pump System
Our crew installed our in-ground triple pump sump pump into this basement. The system will move water or leaks outside of the basement. The system was also installed with a battery back up to ensure the system keeps running even if the home loses power.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
The drainage system was installed at the joint of the foundation wall and the basement floor. The pipes below the concrete can now collect any seeping water and direct it to the sump pump.

Our drainage system is designed with a clog-free guard that ensure no back up of water into the sump pump. The guards design has multiple openings that allow for water to flow out even if the line were to freeze or have debris in the way of one exit.
