Before Installation
Leaks had quickly shown themselves at the joint between the walls and floor of the basment. Leading the homeowner to quickly called Woods to stop the seepage before it got worse.
Sump Pump
This original sump pump was a recent purchase by the homeowner and something they wanted to keep in addition to the installation of our other waterproofing systems.
Sump Pump and Drainage System
Our newly installed drainage system led any leaks collected from the home's foundation directly to the sump pump. Allowing it to pump the leaks out of the home.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our sub-floor drainage system is installed in the intersection of the floor and walls of the basement. The pipes below the now re-concreted area collect leaks that come through the small gaps between the floor and wall and instead of allowing them to push into the basement they're sent to the basement.
Water Barrier Liner
The water barrier liner was installed along the walls of the foundation. This prevents and leaks from the walls to fall directly to sub-floor drainage system rather than into the actual basement.
