Before Installation
Noel dealt with significant leaks and water damage in her basement before calling Woods to repair the space.
Drainage System Installation
During installation the drainage system is surrounded by small rocks, this allows the seepage to reach the system and easily flow through to the sump pump. After this step, concrete is placed over the pipes in the floor, creating a clean and unobtrusive look.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
The drainage system is built into the floor of the basement and at the base of the wall. The system collect leaks that seep through the intersection of the wall and floor and send them directly to the sump pump.
Water Barrier Liner
The liner was installed along the walls of the basement. This directs any leaks from behind the barrier, in the wall, to the sub-floor drainage system. This prevents leaks from the wall from reaching the basement at all.
Sump Pump and Battery Back Up
Our sump pump is designed with three pumps, this helps continuously flow leaks out of the basement. The battery back up also adds assurance for the homeowner that the system will continue running, even if their home were to temporarily lose power.
