Before Installation

Water Barrier Liner
The water barrier liner was installed along the walls of the basement. This redirects any future leaks from the foundation walls and sends them directly to the sub-floor drainage system.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
The drainage system is designed and installed at the intersection of the foundation wall and basement floor. This creates a non-obtrusive system to redirect leaks from the basement and instead to the sump pump.
Sump Pump and Battery Back Up
Our sump pump system is designed with three pumps to help continuously move water out of the basement. The battery back up was installed to give this homeowner extra assurance that the system would continue running, even if their home lost power.
Clog-Free Discharge Line
Our discharge line releases water and leaks from the sump pump outside of the home. Our crew installed these pipes to move the water and are eventually covered up to blend in with the home's exterior.
