Water Damage

The homeowner noticed leaks coming from this corner of the finished basement. They quickly called Woods to find a permanent solution before the problem could get worse.

Before Installation

Our crew came up with a plan to move the leaks from the corner to the sump pump with our sub-floor drainage system that would cut through this area into the next room where the sump pump was.

Sub-Floor Drainage System

The drainage system was installed along the wall of the leak then tracks all the way to the sump pump in another part of the basement. Being built into the floor allows for the carpet to be replaced in the basement, making the installation smooth and unnoticeable afterwards.

Sump Pump

Our newly installed drainage system led directly to the sump pump in another room from the leak. This was part of our custom solution to help with the homeowners single leak.

Water Barrier Liner

Our water barrier liner was installed along the basement walls, preventing the leak from reaching the drywall. Instead it redirects the water to move towards the sub-floor drainage system at the base of the wall.
