Measuring for Discharge Line
The sump pump system requires the installation of a discharge line to release water and leaks collected from the basement. Our crew measure the property and finds the exact spot where the line is necessary.
Measuring End of Discharge Line
The discharge line that we install as part of the sump pump system is measured to release far enough from the home as to not prevent back up of water into the release point.
Triple Pump Sump Pump and Battery Back Up
Our sump pump system is designed with three pumps allowing for consistent flow of water and leaks outside of the home. The battery back up system will also keep the system running regardless of if the home has power.
Leaks Travel to the Sump Pump
The sub-floor drainage system collects these leaks and sends them to the sump pump on the other side of the room. This system also allows for the room to return to it's finished design, allowing for a nonobtrusive waterproofing solution.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
To prevent the leaks from the joint of the foundation wall and the basement floor we installed our sub-floor drainage system along the wall. The system collects the leaks before they reach the open air of the basement, instead sending them directly to the sump pump.
