Replacing Sub-Floor Drainage System
In addition to the new waterproofing our crew installed we also replaced the original sub-floor drainage system so that the track would go along almost the entire basement. This addition was covered under the homeowner's warranty. We wanted to assure they have the best experience and final product.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
The sub-floor drainage system collects leaks from the joint of the floor and basement walls and sends them directly to the sump pump. This prevents them from ever reaching the open air of the basement.
Sump Pump
The sump pump system has a three pump design allowing for consistent flow of water outside of the home.
Support Jacks
Our support jack system is custom fit for each space, adding support for either a crawlspace or a full basement. This adds additional support to the foundation, rather than trying to replace the original supports.
Water Barrier Liner
Water had leaked through into this basement from both the floor joint and small cracks along the walls. The water barrier liner prevents leaks from the wall from reaching the basement. Instead it sends the leaks directly to the sub-floor drainage system.
