The cracks along the foundation walls allowed for water to seep into this basement. Our crew installed multiple waterproofing methods to prevent water damage and to keep this basement protected.
Dehumidifier System
In addition to waterproofing the basement the homeowner also wanted to ensure it was totally dry. The dehumidifier system continuously removes moisture from the air of the basement.
Triple Pump Sump Pump System with Battery Back Up
Our sump pump system includes a three pump design, allowing for consistent flow of water out of the basement. Our crew also installed a battery back up system that will ensure the system keeps running even if the home loses power.
Water Barrier Liner
Our water barrier liner was installed along the walls of this basement. Preventing leaks from cracks in the foundation wall from reaching the basement. Instead it blocks the leaks and redirects them to the drainage system installed at the base of the wall.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our drainage system is installed at the joint of the floor and wall of the basement. This collects seeping water from the foundation before it can reach the open air of the basement and sends it directly to the sump pump.
