Before Installation
The cracks along this wall allowed for water to seep through into the basement, this led the homeowner to call Woods.
Water Barrier Liner
Our water barrier liner prevents leaks from vertical cracks in the wall from entering the basement, and instead sends them directly to the drainage system below the floor.
Sump Pump with Battery Back Up
Our sump pump has a three pump to design to help continuously move water outside of your basement. In this home our crew also installed a battery back up system with the sump pump so that it continues running even if the home loses power.
Discharge Line
Our discharge line releases water from the sump pump to outside the home, keeping the space dry and protected from future leaks.
Sub-Floor Drainage System
Our drainage system was installed along the walls of the basement, at the joint between them and the floor. This allows for the space to remain finished and not be intruded by the waterproofing system that we installed.
